DABB Communications, LLC is an economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business (EDWOSB) that has a combined management experience of over 45 years covering many aspects of today’s technology – voice, data, and video. We have dedicated staff to assist with the design and engineering of communication cable plants to include fiber optics, coax, and twisted pair technologies. Many members of our installation team are BICSI certified techs. While we focus on serving customers in the Mid-Atlantic States, we can provide nationwide support and can help with rollouts, pilot programs & amp; pre-sales engineering.

 

Functional Areas but not limited to:

• Inside Plant Engineering - Surveys, Drawings, Creation of Statements of Work. 

• Inside Plant Construction - cores, conduit, MDF & IDF build-out, cable ladder, cable basket, equipment racks, equipment cabinets, cable placement...

• Inside Plant Cabling - copper, coax and fiber terminations, labeling & testing, vertical & horizontal wire management systems, grounding & bonding. 

• Documentation - Red-line drawings, Design & As-Built CAD drawings, test results.

• Cable Abatement – Examination & identification, removal of unused or non-code compliant communication cabling in accordance with NFPA and the NEC. 

• Wireless – installation of WiFi access nodes, cabling, and associated components used for the local area or cellular networks. 

• Demark Extensions – we provide engineering and installation services to both end-users as well as carriers in the extension of copper, coax or fiber demark extensions within office buildings or complexes. 

• Audio-Visual/CATV/CCTV/IP Camera’s – we provide installation of the cabling infrastructure to support a wide variety of audio-visual equipment as well as both cable television (CATV) and closed-circuit television systems.
